We're pleased to offer the following services in our Manhattan community and surrounding area:

Appointments are made via phone, text or email. Because this is a mobile practice, I utilize my home and cell phone. I have several young "receptionists in training" that frequently answer the phone before I do that you need to be aware of! Appointments are scheduled around our family's schedule and I will do everything I can to make a time convenient for you.

Emergency & Urgent Care

Because this is a family-based business, we have limited emergency capabilities. The emergencies we see regularly are the pets close to the end of their lives that need help passing. Other emergencies, illnesses, and injuries are better seen in a full service veterinary hospital. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I work at the Blue Hills Veterinary Hospital, and I would be honored to see you there! After normal business hours, we recommend you seek care at the KSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Their phone number is 785-532-4100.

Types of Pets Seen

At Wildcat Vet Services, we can care for many types of pets:

  • Dogs
  • Cats
  • Rabbits
  • Pocket Pets
  • Reptiles
  • Birds

Open Hospital

Wildcat Vet Services operates an open practice. This means that our team welcomes owners to be with their animals during any medical procedure, whether a simple vaccination or a complex surgery.

Wildcat Vet Services accepts payment via cash and check. We are learning to use the Square credit card application, so that will be available in the near future! So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

Wildcat Vet Services offers discounted services to senior citizens, students and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please call us for more information.

Read What Our Clients Say

  • "We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, who was wasting away with cancer. He hated car rides and going to the vet, so we are so grateful Dr. K was able to come to our house and help him have a stress-free, painless transition to the other side. She was extremely kind and sympathetic and I can't even express how glad I am to know she is doing this work for the community."
    Noelle L.
  • "Thank you for coming and helping us in our difficult situation. You were very calming and reassuring for us. I can't thank you enough for helping us! Dr. Trisha Kvasnica is amazing! Thank you SO much!"
